To become active is my goal!

I am starting out with a goal to move more as a priority. My first goal is to do 10000 steps everyday plus 30 minutes of exercise which will probably be swimming or walking as this will be kindest to my joints. If there are others with similar goals I would love to be in contact for support and encouragement. :)

    You’re doing the right thing! Small changes at first. I am 65 with some disabilities but try to walk 30 minutes a day. I’ll send you a friend request!
