Restarting after a year long hiatus...

It pained me to step on the scale today and see that I'd gained back 15 of the 22 lbs I'd worked so hard to lose. I've got big goals to accomplish by the end of 2018, and I'm going to do my best to get my partner in crime on board with me!

I've learned that having a support system is crucial, so I'd love to expand my friends list! I'm in Missouri, but feel free to add me wherever you are! Much love and success in the upcoming year! <3

    I feel your pain... I managed to gain back everything except 13 lbs! (yikes) :s Different mindset this time around... here's to new beginnings!!!
