it's only two pounds!!

Scale finally moved, showing two pound loss this morning. I'm only on day 4 but I am thrilled! I know, it's only two pounds and I know the scale (scales are evil, and I'm obsessed about weighing) may go back up, but this is what I needed to keep my motivation for now.

yay yay ya

good luck to all on their journeys!

Well done. My scale moves all the time, which is more frustrating than delightful - 2lbs will be lost and gained in the space of a day for me. I think my body's weird. Or my scale is.

Go check out on the net how much space one pounds take. It's huge and it's gross. Do not underestimate a loss. Ever.

Two pounds is a lot. Be proud. Wear it like a crown 'n' sash. Go rock it.

Great job! I'd encourage you to start tracking your measurements if you arent already doing so. Its great motivation to see that even when the scale doesnt move or shows a gain, you're losing inches.

Take your measurements as well because sometimes the scales don't move but your body loses inches!!

Scales depress me so I don't have a clue how much I weigh but from starting in May this year I have lost inches from all over including: my neck, arms, waist, hips, bust and even ankles!!

    Good luck

Every little bit helps!! keep up the good work. I weigh in 2x a week. Today was down 2lbs and it might go back up on Sunday but it's the little things that keep us going. Great job!!

Keep up the good work, as you know scales are tough. Keep consistent and weigh yourself same time every week. For me the ideal time to weigh is once a month but it differs for all. I wish you good luck with your journey!
