A year ago I was down 105lbs and today I’m only down 45lbs. Starting over it feels like. I’m looking for female friends who have a bit to lose to cheer each other on!
I’m 40, married with two grown kids and a grand baby. Live in the Midwest. Add me!!

It stinks that you regained, but you're not starting over, no way! You've lost 45 pounds, and don't let yourself forget it! Great job, and you can absolutely lose that last bit if you're patient and determined!8

It's an uphill battle and the path to health is never linear. Write down what you have learned through this past year and use that information to make better choices in the year to come. Now if only I could take my own advice.2

December 2015, I was down 103 lbs.
Today, I am only down 80 lbs.
We are still down and we will rock it.
Just get your mind right and take baby steps.
That is what I am doing. Feel free to add me.2 -
Before you jump back into it you should address why it is you regained the weight. What are you doing that's sabotaging your progress? Why are you doing it? How can you remedy this and nip it in the bud? Just some things for you to think about.1
