Feel Amazing!

Ok, I've been using this site for a little less than a week, and here is what I have found (after one week!):
1) My knowledge about nutrition has gone up, Attention to what I'm eating has skyrocketed, as have healthier choices.
2) I have less trouble waking up in mornings.
3) I have more energy throughout the day .
4) My mood has been much better in general (despite some pretty devastating news)
5) A pair of slacks I own seems to be fitting a little bit looser
6) Now that I have a target calorie count to work for every day, I'm actually eating more than I ever have before (and getting hungry way more often)
7) I'm starting to exercise, or at least make time to exercise (even if its just some situps and pushups at night)
8) I've made some friends on here, and I feel like the community has totally got my back.
9) Its not just a matter of "if only i could do it," I'm DOING IT! I feel completely in control over my own life, and it feels AMAZING
10) My confidence seems to be going up
Kind of nervous about my monday morning weigh in, but I really could care less about the numbers - I feel GREAT right now. And thats after a week! Now, i know it won't always be daisies, but for now I couldn't be happier. Thanks MFP, and thanks to all of you guys! I'm gonna go for a walk now to enjoy the beautiful weather. Bye!

I agree with waking up more easily, but I DO NOT HAVE MORE ENERGY. Oh my. By the end of the day. .. uh, like 9pm, i'm practically falling asleep mid-sentence. What's up with that?I feel like I have no energy I'm eating so little
that brings me to another topic, but i'll make my own post about it instead of embedding it here.0 -
YAY!
This site actually makes me feel better. Even if I'm sitting at my computer reading posts and responses I still feel like I'm learning things and that will help me overall.
Glad you're here!0 -
