I'm back to counting my calories and by my surprise I had lost weight. Does anyone drink a lot of smoothies?? I think I'm going to start making and drinking them. I seem to fill up very quickly on smoothies. Any suggestions???

Honestly my suggestion would be to eat real food, something you can do long term.5

I'm giving the smoothies for breakfast a go. I'm not super hungry for solids in the morning (and by the time I am, I'm either arriving at work and have to eat fast food breakfast or wait until later and end up starving). I'm doing a trial run this week to see how I handle making them in the morning and how it holds up.
The biggest problem I'm having is finding premade mixes that don't have bananas, since I'm pretty hot and cold about them.0 -

I do sometimes, but it's just another meal, nothing special about it. Sometimes they taste good to me and are what I want for breakfast.0
