I need meal plans!

I have read a lot of material on The Keto Diet, but there is a lot of science talk and no diet or menu plans. I would like to have some direction so I am sure I am following it correctly. Can anyone give me links to recipes and menus to get me started. Thanks so much for the help!

    It's going to really depend on your own personal taste.
