Looking for calorie-dense foods for vegetarian allergic to milk and wants to eat "healthy" but gain

On behalf of a non-MFP family member: 20-year old, female, allergic to milk protein, went sort-of vegetarian at the start of the year.
She's still eating sensible quantities of food, but a combination of dropping the calories from meat from her diet and her desire to eat 'healthily' (ie fresh fruit & veg, fish, avoiding high-fat foods) has resulted in her weight dropping to a level where family and friends are getting concerned for her health.
Getting her to log calories via MFP or otherwise isn't an option currently
I'm looking for some suggestions for calorie-dense foods which are suitable for a fish-eating 'vegetarian', which contain no uncooked milk products (she can eat things in which the milk protein is denatured by sufficient cooking) and which can pass her 'healthy-eating' filter. Nuts are an obvious starting point, but which and what else?
Help please?

If she's eating fish, then fattier fish like salmon would be a good start. Fat isn't unhealthy, and nuts are a good source of fat, as are avocados. If she's eating eggs, then is say those as well.0
