I'm planning to reboot my diet for the new year and as I am inherently lazy, I thought I would give meal prepping a try so I can make several days worth of delicious healthy food in one fell swoop. I just ordered these reusable meal prep containers from Amazon to help in my quest.

Does anyone have any favourite recipes for meal prep? I'll probably do a batch of brown rice, some grilled chicken and green beans for my first attempt. Some more inspiration would be great!

Search on Youtube and Pinterest, you'll see tons of variety really fast.

I am looking for inspiration along these lines, too :) I've seen some blogs recommend lean protein, carb, veggie and a healthy fat in each meal. For the experts: is that what you recommend?

I'm really loving the fit men cook web site lately. It's geared toward men so I lower the amount of meat to meet my protein goals. https://fitmencook.com/recipes/meal-prep/

I've actually done this prep before:-) My favorite was the one with Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and sweet potatoes. For the zucchini noodle pasta, I did half zoodles and half whole wheat spaghetti.
