On rest day what do you do to burn calories?

Hi I was just wondering what everyone does to still burn calories but still give your body a break? For me 1200 calories isnt enough for my appetite so everyday I have to burn calories to be able to eat more.

    Rest days are rest days. I don't do anything to burn calories. If I feel stiff, I may do some stretchy yoga, but that is about it. Maybe you should look into using the TDEE method so you don't feel like you need to work out in order to eat. I use TDEE - 15%, and eat 2200 calories a day whether I work out or not, give or take some.

    Nothing worse than being "punished" for taking a necessary rest day by having to starve yourself.
