When the meat product says 100 grams...is that cooked or raw

    3 oz. (85g) of raw meat is usually a serving size.

    The nutrition information on the label is for the raw weight (at least, it is in the US. You might want to check out your local label laws if you're elsewhere). The MFP database has information for both raw and cooked and some of them aren't well labeled. So if you're using a label on the food, it's whatever your local label laws require (usually the as packaged or raw weight). If you're asking about an MFP database entry, it could be either and you might want to use a different entry that specifies. I usually include "raw" or "cooked" in my search, depending on what I'm looking for.
