'Going the Distance' accountability group

Hi everyone, 
For those that have seen my previous post, I have now started a new free accountability group called Going the Distance.
This group is for those individuals who want to "go the distance" and drop the weight in 2018.
I want this group to be for like minded people who are really determined to lose weight, get healthy, exercise and eat well. We need to support, motivate and inspire each other to keep going.
The group’s goal is to encourage regular action from each member. Everyone will post weekly goals, and report back at the end of each day on what they did and didn’t achieve.
Every Monday we will have a weekly weigh in, our first weigh in being Monday 1st January 2018. On the 1st of every month we will post our measurements (this is not compulsory but encouraged). This is so we can motivate each other but also so we can see the results. It is really important for everyone to share this information!
If this group doesn't seem right for you, then please do not join but if you are serious about wanting to get in shape, then having accountability buddies work and I am talking from experience.
I also aim to post healthy recipes for members, workouts and have monthly challenges!
I need your help too as I want to drop 21lbs, so I would really appreciate the support.
