Looking to find "friends" who are on the same/similar fitness journey or one who is experienced that wouldn't mind helping a girl out with tips/advice! Always keen to learn. I currently have no access to go to a gym so I'm trying to succeed at home, for the time being.

Inspired by woman like: Shannah Baker, Paige Hathaway, Karina Elle, Lauren Simpson, Jill Christine, etc!

Working towards great things for 2018. Never giving up no matter how slow my progress is/has been.

Cheers! >:)

I can help you out. I workout at home and have made pretty significant progress over years, although I do have a bit of equipment

    What are your stats?

If you still have weight to lose then I would eat at a deficit while incorporating weight training (depending what equipment you have, there are many bodyweight programs out there which are pretty effective).

You can check out this link for a list of great programs:

    community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10332083/which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you/p1

If you are happy with your weight, you can recomp.. eat at maintenance - lose fat and build muscle slowly over time (but it can be slow and best if you aren't too lean and want to make more minor physique adjustments)

Now what you do will depend on your stats, current body composition/bodyfat % and physique goals. If your goal is to look like the women you named, at some point , running many bulk/cut cycles can help you get there.. or at least close. Keep in mind, those physiques are a result of hard, consistent work over many many years.
