Need handicap exercise ideas.

Yoga used to keep my pain in check but since I've developed a frozen shoulder I haven't been able to do much for almost 7 months. My back pain is back with a vengeance. Doctor says it could be almost 3 more years before I have full use of my shoulder again. It hurts to sit, stand or walk much. I really need some kind of stretching to help my back.
