Hey anyone doing keto who bariatric patient? Need to get back on track and just wondered what a day of eating would be?? Would be much appreciated

    I would speak to your Doctor before starting that.

    It is hard enough trying to get your micro nutrients after bariatric surgery without cutting out most fruit and veg.
