I also weigh daily & log in MFP once a week.0

I log once a week (although it will be two weeks since I didn't have access to a scale on Xmas eve) whether or not I lose. As someone else said, it's data. It's important to have that and recognize that because of X you weighed more or less. Sometimes it could just be water weight but it's better to have it on record. You can put what you think about that weight gain in your "notes." I do that when I eat something that was not normal or I hadn't planned to do, or my exercise plan gets derailed.0
