Martial Arts and Weights

Hey Guys,
So, I was wondering if there were any people who practiced martial arts out there and supplement their practice with weight training. I was doing 5x5 StrongLifts, but I'm at a point where my practice is a priority and that particular weight program leaves me too sore for the mat and open to injury. I'd rather do something else. I've also quit my gym in favor of the free one at my office. It does not have a squat rack...just that thing on the track I dislike severely. What do ya'll do?
