Hey guys! I have been out of tratck lately. I’m looking for friends to motivate each other and hopefully someone like a coach who has reached his/her goals to tell me get my demotivated lazy butt off the couch.

If you need a coach, hire a qualified physical trainer or registered dietitian who can tailor a program for your goals. Otherwise you're asking random people on the internet to work for you for free.8

If you can't motivate yourself, no one else is going to be able to do it for you. You either want it, or you don't.4

I was going to send you to the announcement threads on the 'Getting Started' sub-forum to look for when the 'Adopt a Newbie' thread for 2018 came out, but I see it is already started.
This is a thread where people with experience and success volunteer their time for free to help others.
Look here for someone to guide you.

"Lack of motivation" is just another excuse. Just *kitten* do it.2
