Looking for advice and what works for others. I had lost 42pounds a little over a,year ago but sadly since then, a big move and finding new jobs it came back.

My new job is from 10pm-6am
I usually get home around 7am straight to bed... sleep till 1or2 then up for breakfast, I don't eat again until family dinner time around 6 then I eat my work lunch around 1

Any advice to help me get back to Me? Am I doingvthis wrong?

Eat when you're hungry or when it's convenient.

In order to lose weight, eat within your calorie goals, eat balanced nutrition, log your food and learn from the records you keep.

Light snacks during your shift will help with sleepiness. When I worked 11p-7a I had breakfast at about 330-430a when I was most tired (and usually really hungry), sleep at 8a, I would have a light lunch when I woke up around 2-3p and I would have a good dinner around 7p and would have 2 or 3 small snacks (a package of PB crackers, an apple, etc) at some point between 10p-3a. I found heavy meals before sleep gave me heartburn and messed with my sleep

Hey, 18 years of 12 hr rotating shift. I found it best to eat 5 or 6 meals a day. And eating something healthy before bed, isn’t bad. Also try to sleep more,8hrs. Know it’s hard, but night shift changes your body.....
