I have thought that from the new year, a little more for the time Spend for Workout, Reduce the Oily Containers Rise and Potato Due to the increase in fat due to high fat content, eat less.

I think I get part of this riddle, taking my best Saturday morning 'I am still getting in my coffee' shot at this...
Fitness goals are great. Losing weight = eating less. If you are saying rice and potatoes are bad, and dietary fat makes us fat, eating too many calories does that, not specific foods.
I am never giving up potatoes, particularly tator tots.3 -
