Big weight loss, muscle building and want to remain healthy!

I’m a 33 year old female and i want it all - lose 50+ kgs, build muscle and still get my nutrients from food.

I’m sitting at over 150 kgs, and have lost 4.5kgs the past few weeks.

I’m keen to lose 20 kgs quickly to give myself a boost.

I’m also keen to build muscle to help increase my resting metabolic rate and because I want to enhance my natural shape (especially my booty and waist).

Despite wanting a quick initial weight loss I want to ensure my body is getting what it needs.

Despite my weight I’m naturally strong (last year I was lifting 135kgs without much training) and fit.

I’d love to connect with people who I discuss significant weight loss, fitness, health and natural muscle building. Maybe some can talk holistically but I’d assume most will have specific interests.

Anyway! I’d love to connect and ensure 2018 is successful!

Given the amount of weight you have to lose, i wouldnt worry about gaining muscle right now.

Strength training and adequate protein will help you retain what you have now as you lose fat.

    Good luck!
