When do you go to the gym

If you work out at a gym, what is your routine? What time of day & how long do you work out?

Our gym is in the basement.
Strength training for 60 minutes six days a week:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: upper body; different muscle group each day.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: legs.0 -

3 days a week, 45 minutees each time
11 am before eating, eat after.0 -
I go first thing in the morning - 5:30am. I go then because I can almost always get to either the squat rack or power cage. If I go after work, forget about it.
I do 5/3/1.0 -
6am M, W, F - Compound lifts and Supersets
2pm T or Thurs (maybe both) - HIIT
Both are between 30-45 min.0 -
I go M-F between 4-4:30 a.m. and usually work out until about 6 :00 a.m. Alternate between chest/leg/arms/back always followed with planks, abs & then cardio0
