    My challenge is to complete my exercise routine,diet & schedule like M to W is Lifting Mode and TH to SAT is liss or hiit cardio mode :wink:

    August 5th.....

    Bike ride done.... 33 minutes.... 6 miles.... 743 calories burned....

    Walk with my 4 legged babies done.... 25 minutes..... 1.25 miles.... 234 calories burned....

    70 reps of each....
    *Bicep curls
    *Tricep extensions
    *crunches
    *inner thigh raises each leg
