Losing that college weight... for real this time!

Hey all, I'm 22 and from the US! I graduated college last May and have struggled to adjust to working full time, but it definitely has its benefits! I gained about 30 lbs throughout college, only about 10-15 of which were necessary/healthy lol (I was quite skinny for my body type when I started). I am 5'5.5 and currently weigh 150.2, so I am not quiiite overweight and I am athletic naturally, but would like to get the body I feel comfortable in and run another half marathon! I have tried to lose weight in the past but had a lot of mental health and lifestyle issues in the way. I hope this time I'll be in a better mindset what with being out of school and having a more stable life.

My goal is 132 and I am hoping to reach that sometime in April, so I am taking it pretty slow. Also willing to adjust along the way depending on how I feel.

My current measurements are 37-27.5-39.5. I am pretty curvy so I used that as an excuse "I still look good" and I am not *quite* overweight so that was another justification..but I am done making excuses! I am uncomfortable in my body and want to make a lasting change! Who else is in the same boat as me - out of college and trying to develop a healthy lifestyle for "real" adulthood?
