Chef advice

So I'm a chef, which means being around food/tasting food everyday. I try to eat 1,200 calories because I figured what I have at work will offset that by a few hundred calories. I started stress eating at work since spring, which I've never done before, and gained 15 pounds

I'm wondering if there are other chefs out there, or anyone with advice, and what they do to avoid this!
