You dropped a lot of water weight in the first couple of weeks.

What she said above is it. Be patient. If you just began working out you could be retaining water from that.0

Set reasonable goals. 2lbs a week, which you're exceeding, is usually suited to a morbidly obese person or, more generally, to a person with a high TDEE and a significant amount of fat available to lose. Most non obese people would do much better by limiting their daily deficits to no more than 20% of TDEE (25% of TDEE while having available fat levels normally associated with being obese).

I have been between 1200 to 1500 calories a day .. is that enough for the amount of workouts im doing ?0

1500 plus exercise calories MINIMUM, if not the goal MFP gave you. What are your stats?0

The good news is you can afford to lose 2 pounds a week right now. Set that as your goal, eat that much plus at least a portion of your exercise calories. If you continue at the rate you're eating at without medical supervision you'll lose muscle and cause a host of other health issues.0
