Weighing chicken wings?

How should I weigh chicken wings? The package says it is 55 calories per ounce. Is this including the bone or not?
I have always weighed them before eating and then again after and subtracted the difference and logged that amount. But I am wondering if the package has already factored in bone, cartilage, etc?

I do not buy chicken wings. I have bought rotisserie chicken and I just pull the meat of the bone and weigh it before eating it. If I go out and buy wings I just pick an entry for whatever type of wings I have and log it.0
