Work those items into your calories/macros for the day5

If you don't buy it, you can't eat it. Buy other foods instead, and prepare them in advance so you will have them ready when you want a convenient food.
You shouldn't live exclusively off fizzy juice and noodles, but make room for some treats you enjoy in your daily calories. I eat dark chocolate every day.3 -
I drink zero calorie fizzy drinks every day. I also eat noodles most days stirred through a huge pile of vegetables. Around 300-400g worth.
I find them very filling, then I just add what ever protein source I fancy.

There's nothing wrong with eating/drinking that.
If that's all you eat/drink, you should start to eat more things.
Saying you're not going to do something you want to do, isn't enough to stop you.
If you want to eat differently, you have to have the diffferent food available, it has to be something you like, and you have to make the foods you want to eat less of, less available.3 -
