C4 - Good has a creatine HCl in it so bonus
SuperPump - Good makes my face tingle in a good way
Assualt - Ok has creatine Monohydrate in so still a bonus
No xplode - Good, but you cant shake it, its "delivery" system, is carbonated so you have to stir it, and that was a pain to me
1 MR - Wasnt bad wasnt great, i felt awake but not really a boost
Epic - didnt do anything for me, but not to say it wouldnt for you.

My favorite though is SuperPump pink lemonade.
This is a good breakdown. I love C4. 1MR tasted weird and wasn't great. NO-xplode did exactly that to me. I'll leave the imagination open on that...

Personally, I use ON (Optimum Nutrition) Amino Energy because it's only 10 cals per serving (2g carbs) & has the amino acid profile I need during a workout & I really like the flavors it comes in. Then again, I train super early in the morning so I'm always going in fasted so I actually NEED this to help fuel my workouts. Also worth noting, it does have 50mg of caffeine which helps me since I hit the gym between 5-6AM or as soon as I wake up, whichever comes first, but it may not be good for someone who's sensitive to stimulants (any supplement with stimulants in them will have obvious warnings on its label stating this).

Also, I would not take 5Hour Energy even if you paid me a million bucks. Not only is just fake flavored caffeine, of which it has almost 200mg of, but it has absolutely NO beneficial ingredients for my body to actually USE during a workout (hence, my reason for choosing an amino acid complex as a pre-workout). You're actually better off drinking a venti iced black coffee or green tea (PLAIN, no sweeteners) then, since it won't be full of artificial ingredients.
