Hey folks. We Just recently got a nutri-bullet for Christmas. The wife has been doing shakes for breakfast for a while with a blender so we decided to try one of these. My question is what are some super fast, healthy delicious mixes we can use (breakfast mostly) that we can also purchase the ingredients for and keep for a while without them going bad? We don't live to close to the grocery store and with our work schedules ,grocery shopping only happens bi-weekly on average.

When I made smoothies I used to put ingredients in bags in the freezer - just dump the whole lot in with liquid and whiz.
I always used greens, a piece of fruit (or about a cup of cut fruit or berries), protein powder and a fat (nut butter, avo, coconut milk)

A healthy diet is varied and balanced. A Nutribullet is a great tool for making smoothies, but it's not a magical instrument. The smoothie consists of what you make it from. If the ingredients are healthy, the smoothie will be healthy. You could try the recipe leaflet that came with it. Delicious is subjective. Fresh produce will spoil, at varying rates. If you shop every other week, you have to plan extensively to eat up the perishables first; if you shop twice per week, you'll have a lot more leeway.

I buy bananas when they are cheap, and slice and freeze them, and make smoothies with milk and frozen berries or nuts and maybe cocoa.

I use frozen berries, cheap and last ages. Frozen berries, coconut water and fat free Greek yoghurt (the no added sugar kind) make a really good smoothie, with a decent protein content so keeps me full till lunch if I have it for breakfast.

Check out Jason Vale's super blend me. Loads of quick smoothie recipes. Mainly consisting of plant milks (coconut, oat and almond), coconut water, fruits like berries, oats, kales and spinach, and nut butters. I just made one with coconut water, soya yogurt, raspberries, almond butter, hemp protein powder and almond butter super quick super yum and super healthy.

Milk or yogurt, a fruit, greens, and nuts or seeds like chia seeds, depending on how many calories you want.

I haven't gotten to read up on any recipes yet really but this week I've been taking spinach and a mixture of berries and freezing them in sandwich bags then jist dump it in the bullet with a cup or 2 of milk with a scoop of protein powder and flax seed(whenever I can remember to do so). I used 2% milk and MuscleMilk protein powder.. I am allergic to almonds so almond milk is out of the question.

I view fruit smoothies as a dessert. Some people view them as a healthy choice and are ("diet food"), but the truth is fruit smoothies are loaded with sugar. Just budget for this in your daily macros and you will be gtg.
