Women over 50 - Want to do 4 Hour Body for 12 weeks?

The challenge is eat a slow carb diet (Tim Ferriss 4 Hour Body). Absolutely nothing white to eat (unless you count fish or chicken as white). 1 glass of red wine a day. 1 cheat day (wake cycle) every Saturday. Kettlebell swings on MWF. Track your weight every day. Lose .75 to 1 lb on the scale and also change body composition. For everyone participating I will share my menus. This has been working for me. It's a slow but steady change that I believe to be maintainable. I wanted to help other women over 50 do this since there is very little out there to deal with our abdomens and other affects of menopause. The things I did in my 20s - 40s just don't work anymore. If you are feeling this way it might be worth a try.
