Hey Guys! What's calorie deficit? I see on here alot of people mention calorie deficit. My calories is 1500 a day but what's my calorie deficit and I am working 3x week

Your deficit is the difference between the calories given to you and maintenance. So if you chose to lose a pound a week you have a 500 calorie deficit a day.0

A caloric deficit is consuming less calories than you expend for weight loss. Basically, eating fewer calories than your body uses in a day. Type in "calorie calculator" in google, complete the fields, and compare various results. That will give you an idea of where to be.0
