I’d have to say biceps and triceps. Nothing like a good arm pump!0

legs. I get restless legs so leg workouts especially the leg press feels sooo good! I do it almost as a break browse my cell do reps til that restless feeling or the good feeling is gone and then move on2

Cardio - Swim, Bike, Run. Planks.1

All my favorite exercises can only happen outside the gym. Lifting weights is like eating my vegetables; skiing, cycling, and sex are dessert.1

I like the abdominal machine.
Ever since the spinal for my c-sections, I can't do sit-ups/crunches from the floor. The part of my back that touches the floor when curling upwards is where the needle went in and it is the most bizarre and slightly painful feeling (even 12 years later).
