New to this after a rough year

Having spent last new yr in hossi with infection where I had my breast cancer op, this year it’s time to really sort my health, cancer divorce loss of oved ones and cancer drugs have made for weight gain which makes me unhappy.
I’m hoping that this will not only help me lose weight but get the healthy balance right too.x
