Back at this weight challenge AGAIN. This time trying to cut sugar as well. Need all the help I can get.

Maybe it will be easier as well as the last time, if you pick a more reasonable and attainable goal - like sticking to your calorie target every day, by logging correctly and honestly. Sugar is sugar, and your body can't tell the difference. But you mind can feel the restraint, and you will rebel against that.2

You shouldn't have to look for motivation, either. Weightloss, and maintenance, doesn't have to be so hard. I've actually discovered that making it as easy as possible, and just do the things I have to do, is the most effective strategy. It takes discipline - motivation leaves you when you need it most.1
