Back to square one

Hello everyone! Cha here, last year i've strarted my calorie count with my herbalife coach. November 15, 2017, my weight was 171 lbs. In six days i loose 6 lbs. by taking 1400 calories per day. Another 3 pounds loose after 8 days, same routine but I cheat a few calories out of my diet. The next weighin was really frustrating, I gain 1 pound after 2 weeks without the guidance of my coach (on the training). So, up until the holiday season I continued gaining weight. My mind set to begin again this very day. This time I will do it with you guys. Let's have a healthy 2018. Happy new year!
