Apparently is supposed to be negative (think an idea or approach is too good to be true) not woohoo cheering but I think it can cover both it is unfortunate since there is now no awesome which was my favorite1

I’m in! Been about 6 months for me but I’m back and hoping for actually stick with it this time! 10,000 steps is the goal per day!

1. 2,912 / 2,912 / 2,912 My back hurting, car round trip 3 1/2 hours & niece's bday party...I know this will get better!
2. 7,577 / 10,489 / 5,244 Still not on treadmill, but my back doing better.
3. 12,659 / 23,148 / 7,716 Walked 2 miles on treadmill & my back stiffened up later.
4. 8,453 / 31,601 / 7,900 Non-treadmill day / staying off until my back improves more, almost there!
