How do I log this? (beef)

I'm making a top round roast in the rock pot today with just some seasonings on it. There's no nutrition on the package (Aldi) and when I find comparable its for 4oz raw. As I am cooking a whole roast together it doesn't make sent to cut it up raw into portions and cook that way (I don't want to eat hockey pucks lol). How do you all portion/calculate for something like this? It doesn't need to be exact down to the very last calorie (impossible), but given that it is a more caloric dense food id like to be in the ballpark.
Thanks!
Thanks!

23327, Beef, round, top round roast, boneless, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, raw
It's 125 calories per 100 g.
From https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/7408?manu=&fgcd=&ds= which is a most awesome resource.5 -

When you are making one big thing that will be split up after its cooked, you have two options.
1. Weigh it raw and find the raw entry in the database. Once it's cooked, figure out what % of it you are eating by weighing the finished product and then your serving. Use that % of the raw weight as your portion size.
2. Find a cooked entry and use that instead. It won't be as exact as cooking time will cause different moisture loss, but will get you in the vicinity.
As @JeromeBarry1 noted, the USDA is a great resource for unlabeled foods, or to check database entries on MFP for accuracy.0 -
I also use this site to cross-reference everything. https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list?fgcd=Branded+Food+Products+Database&ds=Branded+Food+Products
You can select from branded foods or standard reference.0
