How much do you have to lose? That sets the limit of how fast you can lose. How strictly can you stick to your calorie target? That is the limit of how fast you will lose. Weight loss is an exercise in rationality and patience. You can't force it. If you struggle, you fail. Focus on food, not exercise.0

How much do you have to lose overall? If it's just 14 pounds, it's doubtful you'll be able to do that in two months without sacrificing muscle mass.1

That is a very aggresive and possibly unrealistic goal for that time period unless you have a lot to lose.
If you struggle to stick to weight loss plans it may be better to dial your goal down to something more like 4- 8 lbs by the end of February and give it more time and less restriction.2 -

What are your stats?
Why set yourself up to fail if that isn't a realistic amount to lose?1 -

Thanks all. I think now it is unrelatic goal. Overall I'm looking to lose in 2018 about 40lbs so I be happy in December if I do it0

A pound a week is a good rate of loss then.1 -
Set your goal to lose 1 lb per week. Log accurately and consistently, even on bad days. Remember weight loss isn't linear, even if you're perfect, and no one is perfect any way. Work out when you can. When you cant, go for a quick walk. Why struggle if you don't have to?1

If you want to lose 40 in 2018, that's about 3/4 of a pound a week, which would put you at losing about 5-7lbs by the end of feb. the more maintainable you make your weight loss, the less likely you will just gain it all back1
