Hi All!
So me and my friend love to watch films... we have discovered some film based workouts which are fun.. but it's just not the same without a big bag of popcorn and Maltesers

I like measuring out a portion of Skinny Pop popcorn. It may not be big and butter-drenched, but it's still pretty tasty.3

Basically you watch a film/series and you have fitness rules along with it. So if you were watching Harry Potter every time someone says Harry Potter you do 10 sit ups. Everyone someone sings plank for 10 seconds. You can basically make them up or change them to your fitness level.. just makes things a bit more fun5 -
I like the popped popcorn at aldi. Its like $2 for a big bag and a serving is about 35cals. That could be good with a diet soda if that is your thing or a selzer or plain water. Its not a buttery obv as the movies...but at least for me it doesn't give me a terrible stomach ache either1

Oh so it's like a drinking game but with exercise, that sounds like a fun way to be more active0 -

Exactly that! Yea exactly.. especially in the bad weather and with other friends wanting to lose weight or workout0 -
We buy plain kernels in the bag and use one of these bad boys with a tiny bit of water at the bottom. Pop it in the microwave. There is no salt, butter, etc unless you add it, which we don’t. So we can enjoy popcorn for very low calorie!!
