Homemade Veggie Broth calorie count?

So I made some Mexican cabbage soup in the crock pot last night in preparation for starting the 5:2 diet today and I realized that I LOVE just drinking the broth (I've had 4 cups this morning and had to add more water to the crockpot...oops!)
How do you log the calories? I have the calorie count for the soup recipe but I haven't eaten any of the veggies in it yet.

Considering that it's not high-calorie to start with, I usually just go with something in the database (which makes it about 20-30 calories a cup). If I were concerned about tracking my sodium, this wouldn't be a good option; a lot of commercially-prepared broths contain more salt than I put in my homemade version. But since I'm not, it gives me something to log that's in the right ballpark, even if it's probably not 100% accurate. (If you had 80 calories of broth or 120, those extra 60 aren't going to make a measurable difference.)0
