Motivation and friends needed please

I'm starting over again here. It seems like I do this every year and fall off the wagon somewhere along the way. I was really motivated last spring/summer (although I really didn't tracking much on here) and ran my first ever (and only to date) 10k in August in 1:13:56. I thought I was going to die but I finished and it felt great! Planning on staying motivated this time and hitting the gym to continue running and getting faster and stronger. Positive, motivated friends welcome! Thanks!!!
