Haven’t had any sugar this year!! Sweets are my downfall. So I am starting with that. No candy, no cookies. No sweet snacks. Let’s see how far I can take this. House is full of leftover sweets from the holidays and I feel so strong and powerful. Let’s do this.

    Always remember....focus on what you CAN have not what you can't. Nothing is off limits as long as it is in your caloric range. Log...log...log!

    Throw that holiday goodie crap in the trash. Xmas has come and is now over!

    You can fit those treats into your goals if you want. Everything in moderation. Much more sustainable if you don't deprive yourself. Good luck to you!
