Hey guys! New here. Not because of the new year, well I guess yeah because of the new year. But I’m doing things a little different this time around. Starting small by considering portion sizes and sticking to them. If I’m still hungry a while later, chug water and if I’m still hungry I’ll eat a little snack. Tracking everything though! Good and bad. Feel free to add me! I may not be very helpful to what you’re doing but you’ll probabaly motivate me to want to do better!
