Hi everyone, looking for some friends to help keep me motivated or share their journeys. I’ve got a long way to go, wanting to loose a total of 100+ pounds. Starting small, my week one goals are too 1. loose 2 pounds 2. Walk 15000 steps 3. Drink 1.5 litres of water everyday.

Sounds like you have some great goals, but they are pretty aggressive. So if you find yourself getting frustrated consider stepping down a bit and working your way up to them. Keep in mind its a marathon, not a sprint; sometims it is better to start out a little slower if it means you can comply with your plan long term!
