5'0 and under club

Hi! I'm a 27yo female standing at 4'11. For the new year I'm looking to lose 20lbs. I gained 30lbs in the space of 6 months when I first joined the military in 2014. Before joining, my weight was naturally around 105lb with low activity levels (normal weight for my height). I've since found my weight fluctuates around 129-132lbs despite keeping the same diet as before, with increased activity level. It's pretty obvious using a mirror/ measuring tape that it's not all muscle gained. I plan to clean up my diet, stop eating out and add hiit/ weight training. Anyone else have similar goals? Short girls need to stick together!

I already do:
-2× 4mile runs/ week
-Calisthenics like PU/SU/ squats/ lunges every other day
- free style swimming at a leisurely pace 1000m 4x/week to relax

I plan to add:
-Cleaner diet (probably my main issue) ~1500cal
-1 weight training session/ week
- 1 HIIT run/ week
Any tips are greatly appreciated.
