When to do Cardio and When to do Strength Exercise

This is my third day on this diet thing. Everyday I have done vigorous exercise (bicycling). Is it good for me to do this every day? I love riding bikes.

    It's GREAT for you to do that. :happy:

    course weights are great too. But if you're just starting weights, I would get a trainer to give you a beginner program that you do 2 or 3 times a week at most. Weights need a little more care and effort then cardio. You don't need to see a trainer ever week to get a program going, just once at the beginning and then maybe again a few months down the road when you want to change up your routine or add some more advanced techniques.
