This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month! This month we will only have 100 participants total. If you do not check in two weeks in a row I will delete you from the spreadsheet unless you tell me first. All of your tracking will be done on this thread UNLESS we hit 500 comments and then it will continue on part 2.

I am currently apart of a 6 weeek challenge, and it has relit a fire inside of me to get back to healthier choices and add more to my exercise routine then what I am currently doing. I don't eat really bad and I exercise atleast 4 days a week, I just need to be mindful of my snacking and add some more weight training into my workout routine and shock my body to get over this hump. I can do it and I will do it and this group will help me0 -
