Hi everyone...Happy New Year 2018!!

I was here 4 years ago, & had a lot of success...had lost 80 pounds, however, I slacked off exercising, which caused me to slack on eating healthy, which in turn, you got it...I gained it all back, plus some. Well, I'm fed up & it's time to make a change....It took me hitting rock bottom, looking at myself and saying "who is this woman?...this isn't me!" to say enough is enough!! So, starting today me (along with my daughter) are doing this together!

I'm looking for motivational friends....so if there's anyone that wouldn't mind sending a quick "you can do this" every once in a while, I would appreciate it!
