What have been some of the challenges you guys have faced while working towards a healthier lifestyle?

- Wanting to eat all the things, but knowing I shouldn't.
- Getting cold as I lose weight (the extra insulation)
- My clothes getting too big too fast...
- Figuring out how to get enough protein
- Figuring out how to keep muscle and lose fat instead of just losing a bit of everything...

The diet part is the biggest for me. I love hitting the gym but do not care for watching calories. I know I can do better so I am working on that. Less pizza will be a good start hahaha0
